About Eugene Shivnan
🌟 Eugene arrived in Bali 2005 to working for the Royal Karma Group as a Marketing Director, where he met his now-wife, Siti Purba, who was one of Karma’s top salespeople.
🏡 In 2009, Eugene went into real estate, having been licensed as a real estate agent in New Zealand under Ray White. He worked in Sales at a Exotiq Property and in 2010 brought an existing Exotiq Property Franchise office in Jimbaran ,where together with his wife Siti run extremely successful operations for many years
In 2018, when they decided to switch to a more global brand,…..Harcourts , their interest was particularly piqued because Harcourts originated out of New Zealand and had a strong network throughout Indonesia.
They now have two offices ,one in Brawa and the second in Lembongan Island
