Canggu Villas and Lands
The area of Canggu has become Bali’s newest hotspot. With its relaxed surfer-vibe, booming restaurant and cafe scenes, and trendy boutiques, Canggu is the hippest place in Bali right now. Dubbed as the “New Seminyak,”Canggu is most popular among expats and digital nomads, with many cafes and restaurants run and operated by foreign entrepreneurs. The area is also abundant in emerald rice fields and the stunning views are enhanced on clear days by the magical sight of the mountains.
The rugged Canggu Beach is a place that most surfers will know about, with reef swells larger than those found in Kuta. Stretched of about 8km, from the village of Berawa to the village of Cemagi (just south of Tanah Lot) then on to Echo Beach, Seseh, and Pererenan along the coast, Canggu is only 20 minutes drive from Seminyak and many foreigners have chosen to build villas here.
