About Eugene Shivnan

Eugene was born and raised in New Zealand before travelling for work across Asia and the Caribbean. Eugene has extensive experience in the hospitality, marketing and real estate industry working as Marketing Director for Atlas Balear in the Canaries and Balearic islands before taking up the position of Marketing Director in the Grand Cayman Islands, Antiqua , St. Kitts, St.Johns and Puerto Rico.
Eugene became NZREI certified 2004 with the Ray White Group before relocating to Thailand to work with the Karma Group in 2005 to head up up the marketing division before moving to Bali where he acquired a franchise with Exotiq Real Estate.
In 2018 Eugene with his partner Siti purchased the Harcourts Purba franchise in Bali, has opened two more franchise locations in Lembongan and Canggu and is a proud father to two children Ela and Daiva who have taken after their mother professionally by becoming qualified lawyers.
When Eugene isn’t managing the day to day operations at Harcourts Purba/Bali Best Property he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, surfing, skiing and rugby.
