OVERVIEW
– This Villa is incredibly well built . A structural engineer checked it out for me and said it was amazingly well built. It has not been painted for four years and you won’t find any cracks in the paint. It went through the earthquakes in 2011 also without a scratch.
– The point to emphasis is that it might be 15 years old but will outlast the vast majority of Villa’s- It has good bones.
– The road in front and down the side of the house in front means that you will never lose all the view. Further neighbours need permission to build so you can make ensure they leave some metres extra on the side. You will always look across Jimbaran Bay.
– All the wood is Bengkirai and Teak. This includes the outside bedroom-office. Will last forever.
– There is a very elegant, not expensive design to make it into two three bedroom apartments. You fill in the inside stairs which gives a fantastic kitchen living room upstairs leading straight to the veranda and view. Awesome. Happy to supply details if anyone interested.
